The second you begin falling from the sky, you immediately feel the force of gravity as wind bludgeons your entire body and you plummet through the clouds.
The moment the chute opens is not only a moment of relief, but everything slows down, becomes silent and you can truly begin to take in the views.
Coming in for landing is not as scary as you would expect, and once your feet hit the ground it brings a new sense of connection to the Earth.
This moment for me really felt special as it gave new perspective to what it means to be "grounded."
