Canada

O Canada!

Another beautiful country in which the land is so incredibly vast and untouched that the only way to really appreciate its true size and worth is to take a road trip right through it!

From large cities to open fields, towering mountains and powerful waterfalls, wild animals and natural parks, northern lights, and the midnight sun.  This place really has something for everyone!

If you are American and want to feel like you're getting out of the country without technically ever leaving your home continent, Canada has it's own currency, language and metric system to keep you on your toes.

But don't forget, you'll still need a passport!

Here you will find information and pictures from the following locations:

NIAGRA FALLS, ONTARIO

Located in between New York and Ontario is a 12,000 year old waterfall plummeting 44 millions gallons of water per minute over a 167 ft cliff.

When situated on the Ontario side, you may opt to take a trip to the top of the Prospect Point Observation Tower where you can get a bird's eye view of the falls.

After nightfall and during certain holidays, the falls will also be lit with a vivid display of color.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLOMBIA

A popular turn-around port for cruise ships, I never had much time to explore this city.

Although I'm sure it has a lot to offer, the only place I was ever able to make it to was the Suspension Bridge Park, which allows you to walk through nature on many different bridges and viewing platforms.
